DragonCub markets hard copy products for many different types of seller.  Some of you are major publishers, some are self publisher authors. Our systems are intended to be as helpful as possible for all our clients. If you think we could improve them, please contact us here.

This page is to tell you about delivery / fulfillment information.

1. We are your agents only for invoicing and collection of cash due to you. For the purpose of VAT, we collect and pass to you. Books are of course exempt. It is your responsibility to make sure VAT chargeable goods are listed at the correct VAT inclusive price. We cannot advise or help you on this. You should refer to http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/index.htm.

2. At time of sale we will send you a copy of the invoice we send to the buyer. The invoice is marked clearly to show that you are the seller, not us. It also shows the delivery address, so that you can see when the seller is not the recipient. We send you no other notification of sale.

3. At any time you may come to our website and log in to your control panel. The panel gives you all the information you could reasonably want for any period you choose. It includes:

3.1   Sales / orders
3.2   Customers
3.3   VAT
3.4   Labels for dispatch

4. The labels are presented in order of newest first, so that you can check for orders since your last downloaded. It is up to you to make sure you do not miss an order or duplicate a delivery.

5. Labels are supplied to you in plain text format, laid out at eight to a sheet of A4 or “letter” paper. You can then edit into any space you like for printing onto laser labels which have eight per sheet. In other words, we give you the information for the label in a way which means you only have to download a document and print it straight onto a sheet of laser labels. But you can add text to the label if you wish.

6. If you can satisfy us that your sales from DragonCub will be substantial, we will edit your labels to fit your own particular delivery system.

7. The information we put on each label is:

Delivery name (may be different from Buyer name if a gift)
Full delivery address, inc code and country
Product code
DragonCub order reference
Your name and address as sender
