How do I order from DragonCub?
Ordering a product at DragonCub is easy. All orders must be placed online. We do not accept orders by any other method. When you order for the first time, you automatically create a DragonCub account so you don't need to sign up when you buy again. Here are the steps:

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel or amend an order at any time before payment.

When you pay for an order, a request to deliver it is sent automatically to the supplier with whom you have made a contract to buy. You cannot therefore cancel an order through our website.

You may be able to cancel an order through the supplier, as follows:

Find the item you wish to cancel and click for its page. Find the name of the seller and click it.

On the seller's own page, find contact information which you can use to contact the supplier and request cancellation.

Note: if you simply request a charge back from your card issuer, you are in breach of contract. We do keep a record of unjustified charges back and may both refuse to supply you in future and pass your name to other sellers.
 
What about the DragonCub guarantee?
The DragonCub guarantee is set out in our terms as follows:

To give you the utmost confidence in the DragonCub buying experience, we make the following guarantee:

If the seller fails to supply an item to you for which you have paid, or supplies an item which is substantially different from what you ordered, we ourselves will refund the cost to you.

If the seller fails to supply an item to you for which you have paid, or supplies an item which is substantially different from what you ordered, we ourselves will refund the cost to you. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

2.1           
We will make the payment to you between 30 and 60 days from the date we receive your claim form, as provided on our website;
2.2           
The claim form must be completed truthfully and accurately
2.3           
You must provide a street address to us in one of: The European Union, the United States of America, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
2.4           
You are limited to a lifetime maximum of five claims and a maximum of one item in two years.
2.5           
You must not have requested a charge back from your credit card company.
 
Can I buy more than one thing at once?
Of course you can buy more than one of the same item. Simply enter the number of items you want. Even though they may be bought from different sellers, they will be shown together in your shopping basket and you will pay only once. Naturally, they will be delivered separately, by each of the sellers concerned.
 
Can I order for delivery to someone else?
Yes, the DragonCub system allows you to select the delivery address from all addresses you have given to us and to add up to ten addresses in all. DragonCub will copy the notice of sending to your recipient as well as to you, so that he / she knows to expect it.
 
What credit cards do you accept?
Payments are processed using Sagepay and PayPal. You pay via a Sagepay page. DragonCub never has access to your financial information. Sagepay and PayPal accept all usual credit cards. You can also pay by using a DragonCub gift voucher. You do not have to spend it at one time. Any balance is carried forward for future use.
 
Do you accept other ways to pay?
Sorry, but no.  We do not accept:
            Cheques
            Postal orders
            Cash
            Business purchase orders
            Any order sent by post
 
Can I buy gift vouchers?
A DragonCub gift voucher is an excellent choice of gift for anyone. With a life of five years, the receiver need be in no rush to spend it. He does not need to spend it at one time either. Any balance is carried forward for a fresh five year period.
 
How do I spend a gift voucher?
If you have a voucher to spend, simply choose a product and go to buy it. When you reach the page for confirmation of your order, you will be asked to enter the code represented by your voucher. When you have done so, that amount will be deducted from the value of your order. If there is a balance to pay, you will be taken to a page to make the payment. If there is "change" due to you, you will be given a new code representing the balance. You have five years to spend it.
 
How do I know that my order has been accepted?
Generally, if you follow the payment system, it is impossible for your order not to have been received by us.  However, if you want to check, simply log in to DragonCub at any time and go to “Your history”. You will find your order listed there.  If your order is not there, you did not place it, nor pay for it, so you can safely try again.
 
What if I change my mind and do not want the product?
Under the DragonCub " easy-return " policy, you can return any product to the seller (not to us) subject to these conditions:
  1. If you cancel your contract within 7 days of having made it, your supplier will refund your payment in full by means of the same method as he paid you.
  2. If he has already dispatched your order by the time he receives your cancellation, you may still return the product to your supplier, un-used, and in sale condition, within fourteen days of receipt. If you have first told the supplier that you wish to cancel the contract (as in no 1 above), you have an additional fourteen days within which to return it.
  3. You have no right to cancel a contract to buy a product or service delivered to you by download because that transaction cannot be undone. You have had an opportunity to copy or use the product, even if you have not even looked at it.
  4. You have no right to cancel a contract for the purchase of a software product delivered to you in shrink wrapped packaging if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened to enable you to have access to the product to copy it.
  5. You must return the item to the sender. For most products that is the seller, whose contact information you will find by going to the product page, then clicking on seller or publisher name. Many sellers will have included a returns label when they sent your product. If you have it, use it.
  6. For some CDs and DVDs, the sender is DragonCub. We will accept such returns with the original packing slip for proof of purchase, at:

  7. In all cases, make sure you include a note of:
    The buyers name, as it will be in our records
    Buyer's address
    Order number or date ordered
    Reason for return
  8. No refund will be given for goods damaged by inadequate return packing.
    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
    Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
Dispatch & Delivery
 
What can I do if the product is not what I ordered?
If your supplier makes a mistake, you are entitled to a full refund. It is probable that you will have to prove the error by returning the product to the seller. If you do, you are also entitled to be repaid for the cost of the return. You are not entitled to other compensation.
 
How is my order delivered?
Hard copy books are delivered either by DragonCub or by the seller. The selling page will tell you which. For all other products, delivery is an obligation of the seller, not DragonCub.

DragonCub will use recorded delivery or a private sector carrier. You can expect delivery within seven days. In many cases delivery is achieved within two days.

Sellers will use all usual methods of delivery. Sellers have agreed with us to use a method of delivery which will result in a product reaching you within seven days of dispatch at most. Delivery to distant countries is likely to take longer. Furthermore, inward customs authorities may delay delivery.

 
Do you deliver to my country?
Delivery particulars are given on the product page.  Generally, delivery is offered to one or more of: the United Kingdom; the European Union; The United States of America; rest of World. Most sellers will use the post for sending to “rest of World” Only you can assess the risk of non-delivery or late delivery of a product sent to you by post.

It is essential that you use your post code or zip code accurately.  Neither DragonCub nor our sellers can take responsibility for non delivery if you have given an incorrect address.

 
What if the product I want is out of stock?
DragonCub does not take orders for unspecified future delivery.  The DragonCub system provides for us or the seller to withdraw a product from sale if it is out of stock. We cannot guarantee that a supplier will do this. Sometimes a product will be sold out very fast or the supplier will not realise that stock has run out.

If you order a product which is out of stock, we will refund your money in full within 24 hours of notification by you or the seller that the transaction cannot proceed.

 
How do I handle a download?
Most products in soft copy are provided to you in PDF, which stands for “portable document format”.  This system is owned by a company named Adobe, from whom you can easily download the software which is required to enable your download of a PDF document.
 
How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
The DragonCub super-system provides for the sender to tick a box at the side of each order dispatched. After this, when you go into the site, you will see that it has been sent. The date given is the date when the item was ticked by the seller. This may not be the actual date it was dispatched. The opposite is also true: if shown as not dispatched, it may be that it has been dispatched, but the sender has not yet told us so.
 
What if I do not receive my order?
If you have not received your order within 14 days of ordering it, do tell please, so that we can take it up with the seller. Please use this contact point.
 
What if my order arrives damaged?
You should immediately complete our “Damaged Product Form” which you can find here.
Technical Help
 
You have shut me out!
If you have been inactive for thirty minutes or more, we automatically log you out for security reasons. You will have to log in afresh.
 
I cannot log in
We use cookies. It may be that your computer or your security system has been re-set to refuse cookies and therefore our site is refused. Check your system.
 
How do I change settings to accept cookies?
If you use Internet Explorer, choose the drop-down “View” menu, then click on "Internet Options..." Choose the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to "Cookies". Click the "Always Accept Cookies" radio button. This should enable your browser to accept cookies. On Mozilla Firefox the path is >> Tools >> Options >> Cookies >> "Allow sites to set cookies".
 
My credit card has not been accepted. What can I do?
DragonCub does not take your money. We leave that to Sagepay and PayPal. We cannot therefore become involved in a payment problem. We all know how frustrating such problems can be, but if your card has been rejected, there is no alternative than to ask your card issuer what has gone wrong. First, however, do try once more. Everyone makes entry errors occasionally. It may just be your turn.
 
I cannot see all images and / or buttons on the pages.
It may be that your browser is not downloading the image or button. Check “preferences” or maybe “tools” on your browser to ensure the settings allow the downloading of image files.

Communication preferences
We will not load your in-box with rubbish. But we really do have special offers from time to time.  We are also part of a small group of sites among whom we cross sell our products and services.  They have special offers too.  When you buy from us, we will add you to our own monthly newsletter list, but not to any other.  You can go to “Your account” at any time to change your preferences, either to stop receiving our newsletter or to opt in to other offers.  Alternatively, you can leave any newsletter by clicking on “remove me” at the bottom.
 
Your security
DragonCub.com will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose or verify your DragonCub.com password, credit card or bank account number. You should only give out this information directly on the DragonCub.com website or when you contact DragonCub.com directly.

It may of course be necessary for us to contact you to give out information.
